IASPM 2013 > Submission guidelines

Please read the following instructions before submitting. Any submission that does not fill the requirements will not be taken into consideration.

To submit a contribution, you first need to create a user account and log-in (see the MY SPACE section on the left side of this page). Once you are logged in, please follow the given instructions.

There are two types of submission. Applicants should only fill one of the submission types.

• The first category is : "Answer to the call for contribution". It is intended for those who have not been previously selected by the organizing members of the IASPM.
• The second category is : "Selected speaker". It is intended for the seniors and the students that have already been selected as speakers and that are currently listed on the page "list of speakers". 

Applicants should submit anonymously: they should separately fill the abstract textfield and the affiliation fields. Any textfield abstract that provides direct or indirect information about the applicant's identity will be excluded from consideration.

The abstract should be between 750 and 1000 words. Any abstract that does not respect this requirement will not be taken into consideration.

At the end of the submitting process, the website may suggest that you can download supplementary data : by no way should anyone download any supplementary data such as curriculum vitae or full-text articles. The only contribution that will be taken into consideration is the abstract between 750 and 1000 words.

Applicants will receive an email of confirmation upon the reception of their abstract. If you don't receive a confirmation, please send an email to iaspm.sciencesconf.org and the administrator of the website will answer you as quickly as possible.

The deadline for submission is March 22, 2013. Notifications of acceptance should be sent by email to the selected applicants by April 22, 2013.
